When I started out with Lawless, I was a bit skeptical. I didn’t know if having an online coach would help much. I also wasn’t sure of myself. I wasn’t sure if I was able to commit and more importantly, I wasn’t sure if I would have the discipline to carry out my tasks and exercises.

Forward to 4 weeks in with Lawless. I’m proud to say that I’ve made a commitment to myself to make sure that I stick to the plan that Tom assigns to me.

At the end of the day it’s all about you and if you want to do it. The app is great cause it gives you a tool to communicate and added with a diet plan, you’re able to see what you’ve eaten and know what is your intake every day.

I also find myself making the effort to follow through with my exercises. And knowing that it’s ok if there are times I can’t complete them. Tom is fully supportive either way.

Tom is the complete professional trainer. In our work together, which involved intensive twice-weekly sessions lasting over a year, I found Tom to be extremely skilful in helping me with all my key areas of development - conditioning work, strength and functionality.

I consider him especially good at blending strength training with (quite creative) functional and flexibility activity.

Tom also has the rare ability to push a client hard in a session, to make you do your best, but to be personal and fun as he goes about his work. I offer Tom my highest recommendation.

I was training with Tom in Singapore in January 2016. At that time I weighed in at 96kgs and was feeling pretty unfit.Tom started out on a HITT program using pretty lights weights and a fair share of cardio twice a week. Within 3 months I had dropped around 14 Kgs and while I did watch what I was eating also I started feeling stronger and healthier.

Tom continually supported me till the end of the year and continued to check in with me on how I was eating and drinking and kept encouraging at all times.

I enjoyed my time with Tom and still attending the gym and now started Yoga which he also recommended. Thanks Again Tom for all the good work.
